Junior Bridesmaids
I am very lucky to have the honor of having three of the most beautiful young ladies as Junior Bridesmaids for my day. Jessica, Shadow, and Shy are all an exceptionally important part of not only the Ceremony but also of my life.
Other Members of the Wedding
Troy
He's my bubba and the most important person in my life. There is no possible way that I would have become who I am without him. I have treasured him since the day he was born, even after he pee-d on me his first day home from the hospital. He will be "giving me away" but not really because he will always, always be my big little brother who I love without reserve for always.
Uncle Mike
He's my crazy uncle, but crazy in a good way not a bad one. I grew up with him and my Aunt Mary and cousin Lynda. Some of my best memories are those with him when I was small. I'm overjoyed that he can not only come but also be a part of the big day.
Uncle Eddie
He is the uncle that my brother and I said we wanted to live with should anything happen to our parents. He's very spiritual and I love that about him. He has a faith that is completely unshakable. He also makes the best hot sauce, properly named Hades, in the whole wide world. I'm exceptionally happy that he and my Aunt Kaye will be able to be there and that he is reading such an important part of the service.
Aunt Zonnie
My Aunt Zonnie is going to sing for me. Hardtner style. She is a beautiful lady with a beautiful voice who has been a very large part of all my planning for everything for this. She and my Uncle D-Dike are also responsible for my website for which I thank them profusely.
Joel
My cousin who is probably most like me in many ways. He's the oldest of two, as am I. I got to spend a little time with him before he graduated and I miss him a great deal now that he is no longer in Austin. He is in charge of making sure everyone gets to where they need to be.
Josef
He is Chris' nephew and whenever I see him he always gives me a hug before anyone else does. That means a lot to me and is another one of the reasons I feel so comfortable in his family. He will be helping Joel to keep people moving in the right direction.
Lynda
I grew up with her. I missed her when she lived overseas when she was small and I wish we could see each other more often. She is going to be reading with two of my other cousins in the ceremony as well as helping me by keeping the world straight after the service. She has that great southern woman ability to have people do what needs to be done when it needs to be done without realizing that they are doing as she wishes.
Jessie
Jess is the girl artist of us. She is often coupled with my brother for talent and overall temperament. She has so much energy and I am hoping that we actually get to visit while she's here and if not during the weekend then afterward because besides being beautiful she is also far too much fun.
Lindsey
Lindsey is the tiniest of all of us, but only in height. She is one of the most real women I've ever known and it sometimes astounds me that I am actually related to her. Though she is many things to many people, I think I am most in awe of her for the having and raising of her two sons who have just as much personality as she.
Uncle D-Dike
First of all that is NOT his name but since I was the first I got to name him and that's what came out. Sadly, I am the only one of us that still calls him that I think. He is responsible for not only the hip and groovy website but also he is the Master Brewer of my Special Edition Wedding Beer.
